- Architected and delivered Cisco's production Agentic AI platform (AskLicense, AI Filter, MCP servers), serving 250K+ enterprise users via RAG, LLM orchestration, and secure enterprise integrations
- Designed an AI-native orchestration layer with Human-in-the-Loop workflows and resilient multi-step agent orchestration
- Led a security initiative that reduced HIGH severity vulnerabilities from 7,500+ to under 100 (>98%) across the Licensing Cloud portfolio in six months
- Modernized the Licensing Cloud platform — cut gateway upgrade time from 7-8 hours to under 4 minutes via parallel execution
- Delivered Cisco License Central, Smart Software Management, and enterprise data streaming platforms using Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, GCP, and AWS
